What customers receive
Each point package clearly shows the number of points, total price and currency before payment. The current commercial model is 1 point for each 1 EUR paid. Points are credited after payment confirmation and appear in the owner account.
How points are used
Owners exchange points for promotion tiers shown before confirmation. Each tier displays its point cost and promotion duration. Promotion can improve placement or visibility but does not guarantee views, requests, occupancy or income.
Important conditions
Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as money and cannot be used to pay property owners or guests. They are tied to the purchasing account and are not transferable unless explicitly stated. No subscription or automatic recurring charge is created by purchasing a package.
Prices and taxes
All prices are displayed in EUR. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before payment. Customers can review the Terms, Privacy policy and refund policy before confirming a purchase.
