1. Role of LacteosCordoba
LacteosCordoba provides tools for publishing and discovering properties, sending requests and communicating. It does not own, inspect, manage or operate listed properties unless expressly stated.
Any accommodation or rental arrangement is made directly between the owner and guest. LacteosCordoba is not a party to that agreement and does not set or collect accommodation payments.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity through your account.
- Do not impersonate another person or create misleading accounts
- Do not share passwords or attempt to access another account
- Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access
- Users must have the legal capacity required for their arrangements
3. Property listings
Owners are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of listings. Photographs and descriptions must fairly represent the property, and the owner must have the right to advertise it.
- Disclose important conditions, rules, charges and restrictions
- Keep prices and availability reasonably current
- Do not publish stolen, deceptive, discriminatory or unlawful content
- Comply with permits, registrations, taxes and local rental rules
4. Requests and direct arrangements
A request shown on the platform does not by itself create a guaranteed reservation or payment. The owner and guest must confirm final terms directly.
Before transferring money, both parties should verify the other party, the property, agreed conditions and payment recipient. Each party is responsible for assessing its chosen payment and meeting arrangements.
5. Listing slots and optional promotion
The first property listing is free. Additional permanent listing slots use the point cost shown before confirmation. A slot is consumed when a property is created and is not restored if that property is deleted, suspended or deactivated. Owners may also use points for optional promotion.
Promotion does not guarantee views, requests, income, occupancy or a particular result. Points have no cash value, are not transferable unless expressly allowed and can only be used for features described at purchase.
6. Paid platform services
Prices, taxes, point quantities, duration and the supplied service will be shown before payment. An independent payment provider may process payments under its own terms and privacy notice.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, digital promotion already delivered may not be reversible. Report duplicate, unauthorized or technically failed transactions promptly for investigation.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform or interfere with other users.
- No fraud, phishing, harassment, threats or illegal activity
- No malware, disruptive scraping or attempts to bypass security
- No spam, deceptive advertising or manipulation of search and promotion
- No violations of privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights
8. Moderation and suspension
We may restrict, remove or suspend content, listings or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every user statement is correct. To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for their listings, decisions, communications and direct transactions.
